About Shiloh *On Trial in Her New Home*
*SHILOH IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HER NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* Cute as a bug’s ear is the best way to describe our little Shiloh! \ Being a Mini Poodle/Dachshund cross, she is small, long and fluffy with huge doe eyes that draw you in. She’s looking for a forever home with children and another playful dog for company; will it be with you??
Adorable Shiloh was adopted as a puppy by a very loving home where her human mum was her world. \ Due to a dramatic change in circumstances, which have left poor Shiloh a little confused, we are now looking for a special, loving owner to fill those empty shoes. Her temperament when you first meet her is quite timid; she really is a shy little thing especially when meeting strangers – it tends to take her a few days to feel comfortable around new people. However once she knows you, she becomes very attached and doting, not wanting to leave your side at all and just stares up at you adoringly.
Once out of her shell Shiloh is an active little girl with energy to burn!! She thinks children are great fun and enjoys hanging out with them. Friendly and playful with both other dogs and cats, Shiloh would make any pet a good companion to happily play, walk or cuddle up with. She is used to being around dogs of all shapes and sizes and has been happily living with cats too. She also makes an excellent guard dog as she will bark ferociously at anyone who appears at the front door or gate!
Shiloh loves her ‘walkies’ and is used to going for a walk most days. \ She is excellent on a lead and will gladly trot along beside you. Being food motivated she is easily trainable to respond to both hand and vocal cues using food rewards and as she is still quite young, Shiloh would be the perfect candidate for obedience classes.
Sweet Shiloh enjoys an indoor / outdoor lifestyle and is used to sleeping inside in her own bed which we would want to see continued in her forever home. She is also quite content to curl up on your lap or beside you on the couch. Being quite small she fits nicely through a cat/dog door and is used to going in and out this way at her leisure.

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
