Mercy is on trial in her new home.
ZThis young female German Shepherd has the sweetest nature and needs to find a loving home. Mercy was rescued from a Sydney animal shelter after her former owners surrendered her advising they could not keep her due to moving into rented premises. Well I could not part with this beautiful dog if she had been mine.
Mercy is a playful and very affectionate young dog who loves to play and be with you. Only eighteen months old this precious girl needs to find a home with someone who understands that she is a gentle dog and can be a bit anxious if you raise your voice to her. Mercy is life time registered, has been given a yearly heart worm injection and is a desexed dog.
She is in need of some extra pounds as she stopped eating when her owners left her in the animal shelter she just "shut down" because she could not understand why she had been left and found the noise of the shelter very daunting.
But in time she came around and now is playful and very affectionate.
Mercy needs a stable home environment and a caring home someone who can include her in the family home and provide plenty of playtime and exercise.
Mercy is currently located in the inner city of Sydney and is learning to be social with her fellow foster dogs both large and small.

Adoption details
We have an Adoption Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
