About Atticus
Atticus is a very curious little puppy that loves to investigate everything going on around him, sticking his little nose into all sorts of places. Atticus is in foster care with three other dogs and enjoys playing with them one at a time until he has worn them all out, then it's time for him to sleep. Atticus' foster family have loads of toys for him and he goes through them one by one picking out his favourites. He is very good with children (but does not live with them) and is learning basic commands and how to use the doggy door. Atticus is doing very well with his house training but is not yet completely trained in that respect. His new home must have another small and friendly dog already living there as we will not rehome Atticus as an 'only' puppy since his life would be too lonely and he needs to enjoy life as a puppy should. A home where there are some older children to play with Atticus would also be great for him and he would benefit from some puppy school training. Atticus is a house dog so must have indoor access via a doggy door and sleep inside. His coat is low maintenance and only requires a regular bath, brush and trim.
