About Chiara
Chiara's owner went into a nursing home and Chiara had been living at the owners property alone for 6 months, until a neighbour took her in. She was in a terrible state, very underweight and matted, and her carer nursed her back to health.
12 months on and Chaira is now in good health, but is unhappy in her current living situation, resulting in her toileting outside her tray. Her current carer lives alone and works long hours and she feels that Chaira is lonely alone all the time. This is what she had to say about her:
"Chiara a beautiful cat with a very gentle, loving personality and I feel sad because she deserves more love and time than I am able to offer her. I would love her to be in a home where people are around more and she isn't lonely. She is very happy with both children and dogs, the more the merrier really."
Chaira lost her human, had to live rough for 6 months and is now feeling lonely and frustrated and we believe this is the cause of her toileting issues. We are hoping there is someone out there that is willing and able to give Chaira the company and love she craves, in her retirement years. We are committed to helping her new family with settling in and ensuring her toileting issues have been rectified.
If you have a warm lap and a kind heart, Chaira would love to meet you!
Chaira is located in Eltham
Medical notes
Chiara goes to her new home desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, groomed and having had a dental in the past 12 months.
