About Lucy
Hi, my name is Lucy and I am around 18 months old and a little submissive at the moment. I was found as a stray and after efforts to find my owner failed I was eventually adopted by people with a female dalmation that I got on really well with. But after a few months they decided to breed from her and got a male dalmation and they had puppies. Three's a crowd and all that so they found me another home but unfortunately I went to someone who didn't look after me properly and I had to be rescued from that situation too.
I was taken in by a lovely lady but I was on heat at the time and got annoyed when the dog lay on top of me so once again I find myself needing a new home but this time I have the good folks at Stafford Rescue on the job and they tell me they will be finding me a forever home which sounds like music to my ears.
So a lot has gone on and its no wonder I am so anxious to be friends with everyone. I want to have my own family please and now that I am desexed I think I would really enjoy having another doggie companion. I did see some poultry and barked like mad at them so I think I would be safer away from any birds or cats at this time in my life cos I would want to chase them.
I am a really pretty little girl, very loving and just want to please you. I love to play with balls and other toys and will bend over backwards for a cuddle. I get a bit excited when patted and although I settle down will be better suited to older children in case I knock little ones over.
I need a nice calm household to move into and daily exercise as I am young and full of beans. I will sit, drop and come on command but would also receive a lot of benefit from obedience training
