About Ziva
Ziva is a darling little girl who is looking for a quiet home and a warm lap! She came into care with shocking teeth, and has since had major dental work. She doesn't have many teeth left, but now has a happy, healthy mouth!
Ziva can be a little nervous at times, but she recovers quickly and you can't really blame her, the world can be a scary place when you're a teeny tiny little doggy!
Ziva has an unusually narrow throat and as a result is unable to bark and needs a relaxed lifestyle where the extant of her exercise is a potter in the garden. Too much activity can cause her difficulty breathing, so she's very happy to be a lap dog/couch potato!
Zi is good with other small dogs and not bothered by cats.
Ziva had been kept outside her whole life, prior to coming into care, so has never been house trained. She has started on this in her foster home but she will need a home dedicated to continuing her toilet training, as she would like to be a predominately indoor dog and of course to sleep indoors at night.
Ideally, Ziva would be best suited to a quiet, mature home where someone is around during the day. A retiree or a professional that work from home would be perfect!
Ziva is in care in Templestowe
