About Angus
Meet the large gentle giant Angus.
This boy is AMAZING!
Angus was rescued from a rural outback community where he could no longer be looked after by his owners. He has been a pleasure to have in our care over the last few weeks and he has such a great temperament. He doesn't have a single mean bone in his body- he is a big softy!
Angus is only 10-11 months old, great with children and other dogs and is very affectionate. He even thinks he is a lap dog but trust me he is a little too heavy for that lol! He may be ok with cats however due to his strength and size we would recommend rehoming to a home without feline family members to be safe.
This big boy weights in at just over 42kg and is of a large solid build. He is a goofy puppy in demeanour and will have you smiling all the time with his funny character.
Angus walks well on lead too. He can have moments where he pulls a little but considering his strength he is not too bad to walk on lead once he has begun his walk. Some on going obedience training would be essential for his new owners to take him to, to ensure that both Angus and his new family develop a strong bond and learn how to handle his strength.
Angus loves sleeping indoors. He is 90% toilet trained indoors but is learning very fast. He has only been desexed recently so as soon as his testosterone calms down a little more this will be an easier trick for him to master. Previous large dog experience would be a great asset for his new owner to have.
He truly is such a beautiful boy. He will nudge into you for cuddles every chance he gets and loves having his bottom scratched lol ;) He gets attached to his humans quickly and will reward his family with years of loyalty for giving him a forever home.
Can this beautiful big boy come to live with you forever?
