About Neon
When she first came into care, Neon was incredibly timid and very cautious of humans, usually trembling, hiding or doing anything she could to escape being in proximity with her carers. Though given some patience, a bit of time and a lot of love, cuddles and treats, Neon has come along in leaps and bounds. While she is still a little shy, she will quite happily plop herself down in your lap for a snuggle (and maybe a few kisses if you’re lucky).
Being such a young girl, Neon spends a great deal of time sleeping. When she is awake, she is not particularly boisterous or energetic (in fact she is rather quiet and well behaved!) though she does thoroughly enjoy the company of her brother Nordic as well as the two resident dogs of the house.
Also due to her age, Neon is still learning to toilet train though she has mastered the doggy door and seems to make it outside more often than not.
Neon would flourish with a family that has some time to give her all the tender loving care that she deserves, as I am sure that with a little more patience she will continue to come out of her shell. Her quiet, gentle and affectionate nature will make her a wonderful companion for any family that is lucky enough to take her home.
Neon is NOT available for interstate adoption.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
