About Gypsy *On Trial in Her New Home*
*GYPSY IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HER NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* Introducing Gypsy our ‘little miss sunshine’, as like a ray of sunshine, she beams pure energy! Having spent the first part of her life as the travelling companion to a grey nomad, Gypsy was sadly surrendered for rehousing as the elderly man couldn’t give her the exercise that she needed to keep her energy in tow especially while living out of a caravan, so we’ve promised to find her a more suitable home; will it be with you???
Gorgeous Gypsy is a friendly, affectionate pup who enjoys sitting at your feet for a pat and a cuddle. She is completely housetrained and while accustomed to playing outside she is used to sleeping inside in her own bed. Being of a mixed heritage of Heeler and Staffy she is quite protective of her yard and her humans making her a terrific watchdog without being yappy or in your face.
Having working dog genes and being only young, Gypsy is super spritely and can be a little boisterous in her playfulness with other dogs. For this reason, she would be best suited to live with those that are at least her size or bigger, although she is very social with all sized dogs. She is also great with kids though being a puppy she does jump up in play, so probably not as suitable with a toddler as with an older child.
Loveable Gypsy is a smart pup and very trainable as energetic dogs tend to be. She’s eager to learn and will pick up hand signals very quickly. She’s already mastered ‘sit’ especially if there’s a treat involved and she loves ‘walkies’ and is great on a lead. She will require a good exercise every day to keep her happy, healthy and well behaved, in particular if there is no other dog to play with. A large yard would be best for this agile little girl who loves to run.

Gypsy is definitely a dog that needs exercise, training and love, and in return she will adore you forever!

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
