Jet

Jet is a beautiful natured Labradoodle Collie cross.
He is 5 years old and has been with his current owners since a pup. He has been surrendered to Claws n Paws as the owner had to move house and the new landlord does not allow dogs and so Jet is looking for a new family to love and care for him as much as the current one does

He is very calm, gets on well with other dogs but has not been exposed to cats but his temperament is conducive to suggest he would be OK but this is not proven. He walks well both on and off the leash without issue, he walks quietly and calmly. He doesn't chase balls but he loves to run.

He hasn't had any formal obedience training but is a good walker, answers to his name and will sit on command. He is completely non-agressive with other dogs. He is OK with children of all ages. He is not a fence jumper but it is recommended to have semi high fences as a distraction.

He is predominately an outdoor dog but does like to come inside for company and warmth. \ He is 'house trained' and does not chew anything except socks....so do not leave them around, He is good in the car, sitting peacefully and not at all car sick
He is a good guard dog, alerts owners to anything unusual. He is a bit of a sook and does not like fireworks or loud bangs but is OK with Thunder storms.
His coat is long and regular grooming will be required, at the time of the assessment visit he was in need of grooming. He is fine in the bath and happy to stand to be washed as needed.
