Scout

Scout is a big lovable boy looking for his forever home. He was surrendered to the shelter when his owner became sick and was no longer able to look after him.Scout is a good boy; he can sit and comes when he is called. He would be ok to go home with cats and pocket pets as long as they are supervised when they are together. Scout can be called away when he is looking at these animals. Being such a big dog Scout needs to go to a home with 5ft colour bond fences to keep him safe inside. It would be best if any small children who might be living with Scout come to visit him before he goes home he can get a little jumpy and may frighten small children.Scout likes to play fetch. He would like an owner who will have time to play with him as well as do some more training. He is motivated by food and should be easy to train. During his time at the shelter Scout has being having some dog socialising. He is ok to go home with another dog but he might take a little while to become its friend. Please bring in any potential doggy mates before taking scout home.
