Miss Phoebe was very hesitant at first when settling into foster care as she came to us as a rescued colony stray , but she is loving it now. She will sit in your lap for hours of snuggling and lots of pats. Phoebe loves to show how much affection she has by rubbing and purring whenever you are near her.
