About Lilly (On Trial 26/6/14)
Lilly is a 10 week old Border Collie x Australian Cattle Dog puppy. She is beautiful, intelligent and outgoing. She wants to be part of the family and follow your every move so Lilly would be best suited to a home where she can come inside for cuddles and also be free to explore the backyard.
Lilly will need to be exercised daily and has already started some lead training and responds very well. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
Lilly came into care at 8 weeks old after a rough start to life and has come out of her shell and is full of love and life. Lilly has been socialised with a doggy friend with no aggression and loves the company. Cats and rabbits don't seem to bother her but she is inquisitive and tries to work out what kind of strange puppy they are!
Lilly is a very smart pup and beautiful in looks and nature and will bring a lot of love and happiness to her forever home.
For more information or to meet Lilly, please contact her foster carer Sandra on 0411217277 or email sandra.maree@hotmail.com. Lilly is in foster care in Buff Point NSW, Central Coast.
Lilly's adoption fee is only $450 and includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and microchipping. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire, in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
