About Young Sam (On Trial 1/8/14)
Hi, my name is Sam and I am a male, kelpie x puppy, approximately 5 months old. I am a very clever boy. I am a quick learner and I can sit and stay on command. I am learning to walk on a lead with my foster mum, and I walk very well. I am very well behaved and stay by her side. I would do well at puppy school.
I am already showing that I can be responsible for my family, as I alert them to people coming into the gate. I have lots of energy and would need a family that is active and with a well fenced yard.
I am at a great age to learn everything I need to become a very well trained member of any family. I hope you will come and meet me and let me join your family. I promise I will love you forever.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire, in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
