Thor (On Trial 29/6/14)

This little man is Thor. He is a male Jack Russell Terrier, 6 months old. He is a cuddly, friendly little boy and is great with kids. He is house trained and will go to the door when he wants to go outside to do his business. He hasn't had any training in his previous life, but is learning to sit and stay at the moment. He's easy to train because he will do anything for treats. We always recommend training classes to give your new family member the best start in life.

Typical puppy, he is full of energy. At the moment he is living with 3 other dogs at his foster carer's house and he loves running and wrestling with them. He has been trying to chase my cats but is slowly learning not to.

Thor is an inside dog and needs to be allowed inside, at least when people are home, and to sleep inside. He has been sleeping inside in his bed, with some nice snugly blankets to keep warm in this cold weather. He is not fussy with food and seems to eat most things offered to him.

Thor would be suited to an active family who will take him for a walk every day and include him in family activities. Another small dog for a play mate would be a bonus. He also needs a yard that he can run around in to burn off some energy.

Thor loves nothing more than pats and cuddles and will give all the love he has to his new owner.
