Tonka

QLD - Tonka.

Tonka is a lovely boy who is really enjoying being a part of his foster family. He has adapted to being an inside dog with beds and jammies without any hesitation. He loves to run and jump in the yard and would enjoy regular exercise. He can be quite anxious at first but this does settle with some time. He can sometimes be protective of his high-value resources such as toys. Tonka is used to being the boss of other dogs, so would do well with a submissive dog or bitch. He is slow to put on weight but has lovely eating manners. At meal times he will sit for his bowl to be placed in front of him and will not touch his food until the command “eat” is given. He loves a good ear rub and a pat but will happily settle on the floor or bed if this is not available. He does not bother people during their eating times.
