About Puppy Aisha (On Trial 3/7/14)
Aisha is a delightful Mini Foxie x Silky Terrier, female puppy. Although 12 weeks old she is still tiny. Aisha and her brother Webster have the Foxy short hair, while Quinn looks more Silky.
Aisha is an adorable puppy, very playful and affectionate, she loves belly rubs and will lie still endlessly if getting patted or stroked; she is always full of kisses and loves snuggling up on the couch to sleep beside you or another dog. She is very gentle with my small 18 year old dog and favours snuggling up with him to my other dogs.
Aisha loves to chew on everything and anything and loves digging in my garden so will need lots of chew toys and treats that she can gnaw at, she is toilet trained to go outside or a mat inside. Aisha is cat friendly as long as your cat doesn’t mind them wanting to lick it to pieces as that’s what she wants to do everyone.
Aisha will only go to a home where she is allowed to be inside with her family at all times and where the fencing is suitable for a small dog, ie low to the ground with no gaps.
For more information or to meet Aisha please phone Glennis 0416099254 or email glenrelae@bigpond.com. Aisha is in foster care in San Remo (Central Coast), NSW (1 hour south of Newcastle).
Aisha's $650 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire, in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
