About Spud (on trial)
Spud is a real sweetie who’s had a rough start and is suited to a home as an only dog without cats as he needs 100% of his human’s attention. A family without young kiddies would be best as he is a handsome but big boy who needs to be handled gently, but also needs someone who can be sturdy on the lead with him since he fancies himself a he-man when its time for walkies. Don’t let his size deter you – the big boys so often have no idea how big they are and will squish into the tiniest available spot just to be near you. We think Spud the stud might be one of those types!

Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
