Greta

Greta came from the pound and when we were walking her we noticed that she had a bit of a problem but her personality outshone her disability. We had it checked at the vets when she was desexed and there was noted to be a problem but on original advice, nothing that we thought we couldn't fix.

She went into foster care and appeared to be worse so we got her x-rayed and we were gobsmacked. It showed that hip had been smashed and by rights she shouldn't even been able to walk.
It appears to be an old injury and is already in the healing process and there is not much treatment other than let it heal and she will just learn to live with it, which she obviously has already as it doesn't seem to stop her doing anything.

She is a very sweet gentle dog and I haven't heard her bark at all.

She gets on with other dogs and is quite submissive.

She is house trained and crate trained, and just loves cuddles and pats and just wants to be loved.

She is good inside and will wait outside until you ask her in.

Greta will walk well on the lead and is good off lead.

I think she would be suited to a quiet home where she can be walked regularly and probably not young children because they can be a bit rough.
