You can meet Picasso at the Horsham Petstock Store in the Catnip Cat Castle.

Picasso's adoption fee is $170- which will help to cover some of the veterinary treatment for de-sexing, micro-chipping, 1st vaccination, worm and flea treatment.
(It will also cover the costs of this years council registration if he continues to reside in the HRCC council area.)
