About Boris
Don't let his size fool you Boris is a gentle giant. He's a big baby really at 6 & a 1/2 years old, he loves relaxing on the couch as long as it right next to you, so he can rest his big spunky head on you and snore while you watch tv.
He loves going for walks and tires easily, although he will stick it out if you feel like going for a big walk. He's great in the car and happily wears his seatbelt.
Before being with his foster carers, Boris lived inside, so if you have a really big doggie door he is fully housetrained. Although he has got used to the big couch he has to sleep on in his foster carers garage and heads there when he's told it is bed time.
Boris would prefer to be home with someone most of the time and we think he would love a home with another dog as his previous home was with a canine companion.
He is fantastic with children and has a beautiful temperament. He is currently living with small children and is a hit at the local primary school with all the kids and welcomes the attention.
He's a very smart boy and knows sit and stay. He trains easily and with consistency and patience (and liver treats his favourite) it wouldn't take much for him to learn some other commands.
The most important thing for Boris is lots of love and attention, he would not be happy in a home where he rarely got to see his family.
BORIS IS LOCATED IN TRARALGON.
