About Shelley (On Trial 7/6/14)
Shelley is a 4 yo Mini Foxy girl. She is just the sweetest girl, she just loves to please you. Shelley will make a great only dog and also loves being part of the pack. She currently lives with three other small dogs and gets along well with each of them. She loves children and is particularly fond of my six year old grandson.
Shelley is cautious with men, it has taken her some time to trust my husband, but now loves him. She is happy to be part of the family, and will follow you around the house, and jump onto your lap as soon as she can. She walks well on the lead, no pulling just happy to trot along beside you, looking up for reassurance every now and then.
Shelley has not demonstrated any form of aggression, she is happy to share her food and her bed with one of her doggy friends. Shelley is an inside dog and needs to be allowed inside, at least when people are home, and to sleep inside.
Shelley will make a lovely companion, she just wants to be adored and loved and returns affection many times over. She deserves a fresh beginning after a neglected start to life.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire, in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
