About Peggy Sue
*peggy sue is trialling her new home* she has the most loving gentle personality and has fitted in so well with all the family including our heeler as she knows she will not hurt her. She loves human company but also enjoys other dogs' company. She loves nothing more than to just sit quietly on your lap. Peggy sue is toilet trained, wonderful with other dogs and you never hear her bark, she walks well on a lead and has good recall. Peggy sue at first was not sure of the cat and went for him just to see what would happen but he stood his ground and now they sleep together on my lap without a problem. My 18 month old grandson has come to visit a couple of times since she has been here and she was happy to see him and just keeps out of his way as she is so dainty she would i think suit a older children family with no toddlers as they may get to rough with her. She sits when asked and takes food gently if you offer her a treat. Peggy sue escaped a couple of times from our back yard so you would need a secure back yard, she climbed the wire on the side fence and slipped through the larger holes on the top of the fence but we have attached bamboo screening to this and she has been fine ever since but she is inside most of the time and only out when we are out with them. A special young girl. Ask about our foster with a view to adopt program
