About Maitland
Maitland was found by one of my volunteers, he was a tiny kitten who had either been dropped by his mother while trying to escape some dogs or he had somehow wandered in. Either way he could not stay due to the dogs so he was bought out to Happy Paws Haven where he could grow up safely. He is a quiet loving affectionate boy who does not push himself forward at all. He is however happy for you to pick him up and cuddle him. He is of course de-sexed, chipped and immunised ready for his new home
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, \ fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
