About Angie
Angie is a purring machine! A bouncy, inquisitive kitty, she LOVES the company of her humans, the more tactile the better - pats, scratches or tummy rubs, bring it on!
A friendly and loyal girl, Angie will wait by the door when she knows you're due home, and will run to you when called. Her easygoing nature means she is not troubled by lawn mowers or loud kids, she is calm on car trips, and she doesn't care if you water the garden near her!
Angie is in excellent health - she has tested negative to FIV, has had her first F5 and FIV vaccinations, and will come to you with her next worming tablet due in 3 months.
MY IDEAL HOME:
My purrfect family will adore and be experienced with exuberant cats, and will provide me with outdoor adventures during the day (I especially love helping with the gardening!) and the security and comfort of a warm indoors bed at night. Although I enjoy playing with you, I am pretty independent really and am capable of making my own fun - so I am happy to be alone during the day and to greet you when you come home.
MY ENERGY LEVEL:
I'm an active kitty who only stops moving when it's time to sunbathe. I will love just hanging out with you, no matter what you're doing - I'm ever-curious (some might say nosy) about the people and environment around me.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN:
My play style is MAXIMUM enthusiastic, so things probably wouldn't work out so great in a family with toddlers or young kids. I think older children who can identify when I'm in 'play' vs 'attack' mode, and who understand that they need to be gentle with me, would be great company. :)
MY SUITABILITY TO DOGS AND CATS:
I am quite a territorial kitty, so no other cats in my new household please.
I have no experience with dogs yet, but my foster parents are thinking about setting up a play date with some of the neighbourhood dawgs - I'll let you know how it goes!

*This is a private adoption facilitated by Maggie's Rescue. Please note that Maggie's Rescue does not participate in the adoption itself, the adoption is between the current owner and the adopter. Whilst we have taken all necessary steps to verify the information contained within this listing, we recommend you confirm details with the owner during the adoption process.*
Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing NSWadoptions@maggiesrescue.org or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
