Rose is on trial in her new home.
Rose is a soft and gentle young two year old German Shepherd dog who is very petite weighing only 22 kilos. This little girl found herself abandoned in an animal shelter in Sydney.
In need of a loving, home where she can be provided with stability and gentle handling this young dog has been badly handled in her previous home. She is head shy and will flinch if you raise your arm so definitely she has been given a heavy hand. So we are looking for a home where she can be guided with calm and gentle praise to allow her to blossom into a happy girl and be confident.
She is still puppish so we would recommend a home with older children who are sensible and are gentle and dog savvy. Probably no pocket pets and we have yet to test Rose with cats but knowing the shepherd breed she would show interest.
Rose is social with other dogs and is just starving for affection. With positive praise and reinforcement she will develop into a beautiful and affectionate dog who will provide her owner with complete loyalty and a lifetime of love.

Medical notes
Rose has been desexed, microchipped, vacinated C5, heartworm tested negative. She will be professionally groomed and flea treated prior to going to her new home.
Adoption details
We have an Adoption Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
