Puppy Harper (On Trial 9/6/14)

Harper is an affectionate and pretty 10 week old, Labrador x kelpie puppy. She is such a smooch. She loves nothing more than to cuddle up next to you. She has been living with 3 other smaller dogs at her foster carers house and has a great time playing and wrestling with them. She has a very relaxed nature.

Harper is not fussy about food and has eaten any food I have given her. She loves chewy treats or toys to chew at the moment as she is teething. She has an elegant and soft black coat with a cute white "M" on her chest and a few white toes. She will grow up to be a medium to large dog.

She loves snuggling with the other dogs and teddy bears at night and has occasionally snuggled up in bed with her foster carer and loves this too. Harper needs to be allowed inside, at least when people are home, and to sleep inside.

Harper is getting better walking on lead and harness and loves to get out and about. We are teaching her some basic commands like sit and she is getting the hang of this too. We have started house training but she is too young to have full control so this will need to be continued. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life.
