About Skyla *On Trial in Her New Home*
*SKYLA IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HER NEW HOME - NO MORE APPLICATIONS/ENQUIRIES PLEASE* Looking for a new best friend? Then this young girl will be exactly that given half the chance! Playful, snuggly and obedient is all intertwined into the perfect puppy package.
Recently rescued from Broken Hill pound Skyla has slotted into her foster family’s life like she belonged. She gets along fantastically with her foster brother and sister (2 crazy Boxers) and loves a good game of chasey with them. She also loves toys especially those with a squeaker!

From the very beginning Skyla has wanted to do nothing but please her human foster parents; after only a couple of weeks she will sit, stay and not eat her dinner until you say so. We are still working on getting her to come which might have something to do with her learning her new name; however with her ability to learn quickly it won’t take long – especially since she will do anything for food! Skyla is so obedient and not jumpey (except at the kitchen bench if she thinks there’s been a crumb left there!) making her great to have around children. She’s also good on a lead and travels well in our car just curling up for a snooze. She is also crate trained and toilet trained and is well behaved inside. She doesn’t sook and only barks if someone is walking up the driveway (but that is usually after our Boxers have let off a warning bark first!).
Adorable Skyla would love a home where she’s allowed inside and would benefit from being with another dog or with a family who is home a lot as she’s still a pup, otherwise she could get bored and you may end up with a dug up garden or some chewed up shoes! Ongoing training as well as daily walks, secure fencing, bones to chew on and toys to play with will make Skyla very happy indeed!

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
