About Poppi
Poppi is doing very well in foster care ... she loves going for a walk and, when off the lead, comes straight back when called. Poppi gets very excited when her foster carer comes in door after time away from the house and shows her delight by dancing around, wagging her tail and jumping up and down waiting to be picked up for a cuddle. Poppi is super cuddly and has settled in with the pack in her foster home. One of the other dogs (a Pug) sometimes annoys her so she puts him in his place with a little growl and he soon gets the message! Poppi sleeps soundly all night on her foster carer's bed with two of her foster friends Sophie and Honey. Poppi's ideal home will be with an older dog who won't annoy her or a home as an only dog with a retired couple, single person or family who won't leave her alone for hours on end. Poppi has a varied diet in her foster home, enjoying fresh meat, chicken necks, some wet food, pig's ears and anything else that is on offer. Her coat is divine with beautiful markings and Poppi will require regular trips to the groomer to keep her looking and feeling great. Poppi is a house dog that is house trained and she must have access to the house via doggy door or similar at all times.
