Shadow

Shadow is a tiny little dog only weighing about 2.5kgs that was surrendered to a vet clinic by her previous owner due to a leg injury requiring surgery. The owner no longer wanted Shadow and was definitely not prepared to pay for any surgery or treatment! A very kind vet operated on Shadow free of charge then kept her at the clinic until her leg healed so Shadow is now in foster care waiting for a new home. Shadow is house trained and an active, playful dog with the most delightful temperament. She has 'requested' that her new home have another small dog for her to sleep, play and run with and so we will not rehome her as an only dog. Shadow would also like some older children (not essential) in her family who will be kind and gentle with her. She has a fairly low maintenance coat and must have indoor access via a doggy door or similar.
