Mac

Mac is one stunning male German Shepherd who is currently in care at Cowra in NSW. Mac is a semi coated plush gold and black dog looking for a committed owner who will ensure he is provided with love, plenty of exercise and inclusion in the family home.

Mac is a very active dog and requires plenty of exercise and stimulation he came into care head shy and with careful handling and positive praise he has improved and loves his belly rubs but still is shy of being rough handled.

Mac sit before instructed to eat his meal and loves to play with his toys but has yet to learn to leave when told to do so. He can be dominant with other dogs and is currently living with both male and female dogs of his own size.

This stunning looking boy needs a committed owner who will ensure he is given time to settle into his new home and has firm boundaries set, daily exercise and calm, positive praise to ensure he continues to come out of his shell. Mac needs to go to a home with no pocket pets, cats or chickens and also go to a home with children who are sensible around dogs and are mature enough to live with large dogs.

Mac is currently still with his owner at Cowra and we are looking for an experienced Shepherd owner who understands the nature and sensitivity of this breed and will provide Mac with a forever home.
