About Puppy Chelsea (On Trial 11/6/14)
Chelsea; now you don’t want to mess with this little girl she has four brothers. She is a stumpy cattle cross. True to her breeding she has a stumpy tail.
She has been with me for 3 weeks now and in this time she has developed a real personality, in that she loves to go exploring and chase anything that moves.
Chelsea is not shy and not scared of bigger dogs, I will often find her curled up with my German shepherd.
She sleep in a crate overnight with her brothers and each morning their bedding is clean and dry. I believe she will be easy to train as she is learning her name and she will come to you when called. That could have a lot to do with the fact that she does not want to miss out on anything. But when she has had enough she will just wander off to her bed or a nice spot in the sun for a rest.
If you are interested in adopting this beautiful dog, please contact her foster carer foster carer Anne by email anne.armitage@bigpond.com or by phoning 0412 837 867. Chelsea is in foster care in Charlestown NSW (Lake Macquarie).
Chelsea’s adoption fee is only $450 includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire, in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
