Large Male Greyhound Dog

On Hold
Thor is still very young and full of puppy games and energy. He has a gentle greyhound nature and loves other dogs. He is very friendly and really likes the children at his foster carer's house. Initially I thought he may be OK to live with small animals but he has developed a bit of an interest in chasing. He is ready for someone gentle and caring to win his heart and he will be a loving companion.
Thor had his back left leg injured as a pup. He gets around fine and no treatment is required but he has a slight limp.
Advertisement on PetRescue. I talk with people who contact about an animal to see what their needs and situation are. My emphasis is on getting the right animal for the people and the right people for the animal. If everyone's needs are met things usually work out well.
I arrange a meeting with the animal and If all goes well completion of paperwork and payment is done through my vet. The adopter gets a receipt from the vet surgery.
I keep records of all adopters, follow up to ensure all is well and undertake to take back any animal if circumstances change.
