Meet Rusty an active boy with energy to burn! A family with CHILDREN OVER 12YRS & NO ELDERLY persons would be best for him as he is quite playful and forgets his size at times. A family with time and patience to take Rusty on daily walks & attend regular obedience training classes is needed. These will greatly benefit him in his new home as he really is a lovable boy and would enjoy learning new things and how to be the best he can be.Please bring the family in to meet him to ensure you can all be friends.Rusty is good around all other animals he has met here at the shelter but would need to meet any existing pet dogs before adoption. This is to make sure they will get along.His short coat requires a weekly brush & a bath when he is dirty to keep him looking and feeling at his best.All fences & gates in his new home need to be 5ft high secure & with no holes or gaps.
