About Marlow (On Trial 29/7/14)
Marlow is a beautiful 5 month old mastiff x puppy. She is a very timid little girl who needs a loving family to help build her confidence towards people and bring her out of her shell. She loves pats and as she gets to know you she'll cuddle in closer and closer and give you soft little puppy licks. She can also be a typical, friendly puppy who loves to have fun.
Marlow is friendly with dogs, cats and even rabbits! She would love to have another doggy friend in her forever home but she'd also be fine as only dog providing she received plenty of affection and time with her people.
We have taught Marlow some basic commands such as to sit when asked and to sit to wait for her dinner. She has more to learn of course so we always recommend puppy/dog training classes to give your new family member the best start in life.
Marlow craves company so she needs to be allowed inside, at least when people are home, and to sleep inside. She is housetrained.
For more information or to meet Marlow, please contact her foster carer Christy by sending an email to christyboyle1983@hotmail.com. Marlow is in foster care in Port Macquarie, NSW (the mid north coast) and is available for adoption interstate.
Marlow's $400 adoption fee includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire, in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
