About Murphy (On Trial)
Murphy is a litter mate of Brocky and Oscar. He is not large for a boy and has the same lovely white and black markings as Brocky. If you want a greeting from Murphy in the middle of the day you had best go to him – it just too much effort to move when one is lolling about for the afternoon!When describing Murphy the phrase lounge lizard comes to mind – he is not as boisterous as his brothers and so while Brocky is yelling for attention Murphy is lazily roaching and showing off his tummy! That doesn’t mean to say he doesn’t enjoy doing zoomies for you and getting a cuddle – he just stores up all his energy for those times! He is good on the lead and walks well with other dogs, but being young still needs a bit of direction. If the thought of lazing about on a Sunday afternoon with Murphy appeals to you then we would love to hear from you!
Adoption details
We will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! \ We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
