About Buddy (On Trial)
UBuddy is being sponsored by Nicole Scott and in foster care in Canberra. Thank you!
Can Buddy get his face any closer to the camera? This stunning boy is past the puppy stage at 3 years old but young enough to provide a lifetime of companionship. Buddy appreciates the finer things in life, like chillaxing on his bed (or his foster family's bed when he can sneak in!), snuggling up to his people and playing an occasional game of fetch if he can be bothered leaving the couch! Buddy is what we would describe as a typical greyhound - very easy going, very relaxed and super affectionate. Due to his easy-going personality, Buddy would suit a wide range of family situations, including busy families with kids or a quieter home situation. He could be an only dog or would be fine with a doggy friend. He is house trained, sleeps quietly through the night, walks nicely on lead and ... is generally pretty perfect!!
Buddy is in foster care in Canberra with two other hounds and enjoys playing with other pups of all shapes and sizes. His foster Mum Kirsty has fallen in love with him and so we need to find Buddy a home or we might lose yet another foster family to 'foster failing'!!

Adoption details
We will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! \ We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
