About Abbey
The best thing about Abbey is her gentle, loving and calm nature.
When Abbey is left alone she doesn't cry or bark, she just goes to sleep on her comfy bed. She loves warm blankets and enjoys chewing on bones. She loves people and would ideally love to be an inside dog, but she is fine as an outside dog too, as long as she has a warm kennel and gets plenty of attention and walks.
Abbey has the sweetest most gentle face and when she looks at you she is just filled with love, I never get tired of looking at her gorgeous face and giving her kisses. She loves cuddles and presses her face into you like she can't get close enough, it's adorable. She is very calm and enjoys just quietly sitting with you or snuggling with you.
Abbey is fantastic on the lead, just trots beside you and doesn't pull. She has displayed no dog aggression at all, even when dogs have been aggressively barking at her. She is quite submissive and has not shown any food aggression, she knows how to sit and she even had a very quick trip on the back of a ute and she loved it.
Abbey has completely captured my heart and she will make a loyal and loving pet to a very lucky family. She is really placid and easy going, so would be great in a home with kids. This beautiful angel is best suited to a home without cats, she is very interested in them and although she may not hurt them intentionally it is not a risk that should be taken.
Abbey has only just come into care from a local pound and is still being assessed, so we will add more to her profile as we get to know this beautiful girl.
She weighs around 25kgs.
