About Jesse (On Trial 1/6/14)
On trial 1/6/14
Jesse is a 2 year old, female, King Charles Cavalier x Foxy. She is a delightfully happy, young girl who is the mother of the seven gorgeous puppies that were recently rehomed through Dog Rescue Newcastle.
Jesse came into DRN as a pregnant surrender and was the most wonderful mother to her puppies. They have all found wonderful homes and now it is her turn.
Jesse absolutely loves children and is very safe and playful with them. She enjoys a play so would suit a home with another dog or anyone who will spend the time with her.
Jesse is house trained and sleeps inside with her six pals at her foster home. She gets on very well with all dogs of all sizes and loves them all. She has not been exposed to cats but is very interested in chickens so a home without them as well as pocket pets and possibly cats is required.
The home for Jess will have a yard to enjoy and another dog to keep her company. She loves to go for walks but is also content to spend the day inside with you. She needs to sleep inside and be part of the family. She doesn't jump fences so fences over 4 foot will contain her.
For more information or to meet Jesse please phone foster carer Caroline on 02-4983-1748 or email moorefieldsfarm@bigpond.com. Jesse is in foster care in Raymond Terrace, NSW (20 mins north of Newcastle).
Jesse's $500 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire, in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
