About "Abby" - Purrfect Match
Hi, my name is Abby....pleeeease take me home.
Abby is a gorgeous sleek Abyssinian x, beautiful smooth coat & delicate striped legs & tail. Abby was rescued from a factory building by the NSW Fire Brigade after being trapped for an unknown number of days. Grateful for her rescue, Abby smooched her rescuers but sadly no one was able to keep her. Lucky for her she went into care with a wonderful foster mum who can honestly say Abby is an absolute gem.
Abby is estimated at around a year old but is quite petite. She is a very affectionate girl who loves cuddles & to snuggle up to you & purr her little heart out. Abby is playful & loves to play hide & seek, especially if you leave your wardrobe open. Abby loves to bury herself in your clothes, warming them up for you. Abby is good with other cats but appreciates a proper introduction to other kitty family members so she knows she is safe.
Abby is very low maintenance & an overall very happy cat. Though Abby has short fur, she loves to be brushed with a soft kitty brush & purrs almost all day. Abby would be great in just about any household as long as she got her daily pats or cuddles. She is good with kids & ok with gentle dogs once she knows they are friends.
All Abby's vetwork is done so is available for adoption immediately. Abby is currently located in Oakdale near Camden but her carer is happy to arrange meet & greets at your location if required.
Adoption details
After indicating your interest in a cat or kitten you wish to adopt we put you in contact with his or her foster carer. You can then organize a meet and greet.
If you decide to go ahead with the adoption you are required to complete the adoption form and transfer of microchip paperwork. The foster carer will have these documents for you to complete or they can be sent to you via email. Payment can be made via direct deposit or cash to the carer.
We have transport opportunities available from time to time.
Cats are sold desexed, first vaccination and micro-chipped. They will be up to date on their worming and flea treatment.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless other wise stated as in the case of BARN/FARM cats.. ALL our cats are for INDOOR HOMES ONLY or specially built cat enclosures.. We rescued them off the street and would think nothing worse that they be placed back there and in danger of all the perils of modern day society. This includes and is not restricted to... dangers from disease, attacked by dogs,being used for dog fights or greyhound baiting, cars, cat haters, sick people who would like to hurt any living creature and/or being trapped and sent back to the pound and then left on death row unclaimed due to unforeseen circumstances (IE failure of owner to change address details when moving or lack of funding to pay the impounding fees).
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
