About Luna
Luna is a charming little dog who gave birth to two puppies in a pound before we rescued the little family.
She has been an excellent mum and her puppies have been adopted, so now it's time for her to be adopted by a family who will pamper her the way she deserves.
Luna was an outside dog before being rescued. Her foster family has begun training her to live indoors, but this will need to be continued.
Luna is fostered in HACKETT, ACT but transport can be arranged. Just ask us to obtain a quote for you when you submit your adoption application.
Adoption details
Our goal is to match pets' personalities and exercise/training requirements with people whose lifestyle they are best suited to. This reduces the chances of the pet winding up in a pound again. Please don't feel offended by our adoption process, it is for everyone's and every animal's benefit:
1. Submit application for adoption (obtain at Best Friends Pet Rescue website)
2. Homechecks are conducted on short-listed approved applicant(s)
3. Best match selected according to the pet's personality and needs
4. Successful applicant notified, and must place holding deposit while transport/pickup arrangements made
5. Adoption transaction completed
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
