About Rossi

Craig Murray Canine has done a lot of training with Rossi. Craig understands Rossi fully and is offering FREE training to any future adoptee.
Rossi is a very smiley male greyhound cross (we were told, although he does not look much like a greyhound) who was recently picked up from the pound by one of our hard working volunteers.
Rossi is an energetic young boy and he just acts like one big puppy! He would highly benefit from a home with regular routine and also time to train him. He looks to have some working dog in him like a kelpie and would therefore excel if taken to agility classes. He will need mental stimulation as well as physical so would need an owner or a foster carer who has had experience with dogs before, in order to apply strict training techniques from day 1.
This chap really needs a home to learn the ropes, kennel life is not for him. We would desperately love to hear from you if you can help in any way.
Adoption details
We will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check to ensure the living arrangements are suitable for a greyhound. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home!
If all is well then we can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks, sometimes longer depending on the circumstances. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
