About Oscar
My name is Oscar, I'm a German Shepherd x Husky, just 1 year old. Don’t let my tough look deter you; I am a big sook, really! I act like a puppy, because I am only a young dog. I like to seek you out or play with other dogs. I love to play, run and generally have a good time. Affection is my middle name, I cannot give you enough of it. I am a big softie. I do get frightened easily and will rush behind you for your protection.
I would really love a large area where I can frolic and burn up some puppy energy. Having other dogs around would be great, I do get on very well with everyone. I need to have some time inside each day with my family so I can feel like a valued member of the family. Please remember I am only young and am a big boy, so I need someone that is prepared to train me.
I'm great with other dogs and with people. "Happy, joyful, active and lovable puppy" would sum me up and I would love a family that I can share all of this with.
For more information or to meet Oscar please phone foster carer Chloe on 0488 488 612 or email chloem2525@gmail.com . Oscar is in foster care in New Lambton, NSW (Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire, in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
