About Jaime (On Trial)
Jaime is a gorgeous black sooky boy who loves attention. If you pass him by without saying hello he will soon let you know! He never says no to a walk providing it’s not too wet (otherwise he’ll just stay in bed thank you very much!) He loves some quality one on one time, a tickle under the chin, a scratch behind the ears and a good cuddle. We don’t imagine he
would find the job of snuggling on the couch with you too much of a bother!
One volunteer says "Jamie would prefer to have a smooch than have a second turn out in the run, he does that lovely paw thing to indicate he wants you to pet him lying down." How can you resist this gorgeous black boy! Sadly too many of our black diamonds are overlooked purely because they are black.
Please email peter@greyhoundrescue.com.au if you are interested in adopting a greyhound and saving a life!
Medical notes
Not cat friendly.
Adoption details
We will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check to ensure the living arrangements are suitable for a greyhound. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home!
If all is well then we can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks, sometimes longer depending on the circumstances. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
