About Ophelia
Sweet Ophelia is gentle, sweet and adores cuddles. This gorgeous girl loves her doggy friends and even moved her bed so she could sleep next to her foster brother. Ophelia is a tolerant and compassionate soul. You’ll not find a more loyal companion anywhere. She will follow you everywhere you go like a shadow.
Ophelia is house trained, walks well on the lead, understands the command to sit and will come when called. She does love jumping and has a tendency to jump up whenever she gets the chance. Despite this, Ophelia is a smart girl who is eager to please, and time spent training and providing loving guidance will see her progress in leaps and bounds.
Ophelia would be great with most adult families or with older children. She is still practising her “I must not jump” homework.
Ophelia could live with another dog that is of similar temperament that is not overly energetic. She would enjoy the canine company but this would not be essential for her contentment.
Ophelia will be an amazing companion. She deserves a special home that will provide unconditional love allowing her beautiful personality to shine.
If you think Ophelia is the one for you, please contact us. We look forward to hearing from you.
Medical notes
Ophelia came into Victorian Dog Rescue’s care quite malnourished. The current provision of quality food will ensure she returns to a healthy condition.
Ophelia weighs 23kgs.
