Pearl

I’m Pearl. My foster carer said that my coat is the same colour as a pearl and, to be honest, it is. It’s a beautiful colour. My coat is not very fluffy – the top hairs seem to keep everything in place, giving me a killer sheen, and it is very smooth to the pat. And it’s easy for me to maintain too. I do love a comb and start to purr with delight before we have even started.
I chirrup a lot to find out where you are and I adore pats, especially being scratched behind my face whiskers. As soon as you look at me I start to purr and I will gaze into your eyes with love as you pat me.

My foster carer says I have nailed the “Puss in Boots” eyes. They are a beautiful green and are always wide open and innocent looking, but I still have a streak of kitten in me and I will play with my toys and invite you to join in.
I am gentle and would be good in a family with children. I don’t like loud, sudden noises and run away, usually to sit on your bed. I also don’t really like being picked up and will be awkward and squirmy until you put me down. I will sit beside you and head-boomp you and be your companion and be content to stay inside.
