Zac

Looking for a companion dog? Someone who will love you without reserve? Zac may be your man.

Zac is a delightful little man, a little timid at first, but once he trusts you he will adore you. He doesn't need to be the center of attention, but likes to hang out near you. He is happy home alone during the day but would recommend a morning walk and some mental stimulation while you're out (or another dog to play with).

He loves to snuggle his head into your leg or arms for a hug. He will sit at your feet happily for as long as you're there. Loves to sit next to you on the couch with his head on your lap, or curled up at the end of your bed.

He is very comfortable with children, particularly with primary school aged children and up, he's not particularly fond of unpredictable noises and movements. He is currently fostered with 3 other dogs and gets along well with all of them. He isn't interested in hurting the family cat, but will chase it if it runs.

He is a little timid on walks to start with, but once he trusts you, he's happy to go with you.

He is house trained, sits and waits on command and sits for his dinner. When he's comfortable he will shake and lie down but may take a day or so for him to do so.
