About Sammy
Sammy is an 8 week old DSH Ginger kitten with a super cuddly personality. Sammy enjoys cuddles and kisses, and he often nudges for kisses himself. Of late, he has become more inquisitive, more adventurous, due to growing older, and he loves playing with mouse toys and ball toys. He would make a great addition to any sort of family, as he loves to play, but will happily settle with a person. Sammy didn’t adjust well at first to new foster kittens joining the household, he avoided them, and was quite scared but over time he gradually got used to them, and they now cuddle together on a regular basis. Sammy would adjust to a house with an existing cat. He still suckles and kneads on my fluffy dressing gown and it’s adorable. He then gradually falls asleep and will sleep for hours. He is litter trained and I have never seen him use anywhere else but the litter tray. He has a goofy face but he will melt your heart.

Adoption details
If you wish to adopt Sammy, the standard adoption process applies:
* Applicant is to submit an application form for review by Geelong Animal Rescue (GAR) along with any questions you may have.
* GAR makes an assessment and invites successful applicants to continue with the process, and unsuccessful applicants with a reason why they are not suitable for this particular animal.
* A Meet and Greet is organised at a convenient time for both foster carer and potential new owners.
* If suitable, an adoption agreement will be signed and date of pick up is arranged.
* Payment of adoption fee is to be made either prior to collection, or on the day of collection. The adoption fee must be paid in cash or direct debit prior to collection can be arranged.
* The new owner has a 2 week trial period where they can return the animal if they are found to be an unsuitable match.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
The rescue group is no longer taking adoption applications for this pet.
