About Nimoy
Nimoy came into care from a country pound with his sister Blossom. Neither appeared to have ever been handled before, and they were terrified of people. Considering this rough start, he has made wonderful progress with his foster mum, but still has a little ways to go, and we'd really like to see him continue his journey in a new home where he can become comfortable and relaxed.
Here's what Nim's foster mum has to say about him! -
"Nimoy is a funny little aloof character, he can be smooch when he wants, and I’m sure with more time he will be a cuddly bear.
He absolutely loves playing with balls! will bat them all around the house, and carry them around in his mouth if he’s able too! Loves to have a chat, oh & try to climb the walls! He talks to himself, then does a little wall ramp! it’s very cute and funny. PS – does not do any damage to the walls.
He is generally the first on the bed, and will sleep very closely if you allow him too.
He's still a little weary of people, so whoever adopts would need to be patient for a few weeks till he comes around, as he had little human contact before coming into care.
He Loves his sister Blossom, and plays well the adult cats in his foster home!"
As Nim and Bloss are very close, we are offering a special adoption fee of $250 for them to be rehomed together, though they are available individually.
All Nim needs is for someone to give him a chance and he will undoubtedly repay you with many years of devoted love!
Nimoy is in care in Nunawadding
