About Ace
Ace was in a regional pound and we were asked to rehome her.
We took her on but she had no manners and no training.
Since she has been in care she is learning boundaries and basic commands, although she still is a big puppy and has puppy tendencies.
Ace is in foster with other dogs of all sizes and sexes and gets on with them all although she still needs to learn when enough is enough.
She is a very loving and loyal dog, always wanting positive reinforcement
(pats).
She loves her food so will be easy to train with treats.
She has learnt not to jump on people, which was a big thing.
She has also learnt how to sit on command.
She is pretty good on the lead.
Ace would be good with older children if she was to be rehomed into a family, only because she can still be a bit boisterous.
She is a lovely dog and would make a great companion as she just loves cuddles and pats and loves hanging out with you.
UPDATE ON ACE:
Since Ace has been in care she has changed so much.
She was bad mannered and knew no boundaries when she came in but she has done 99% turnaround.
She is extremely affectionate and will do anything for a hug. She is very gentle and great inside, although she will pinch stuff off the bench if you are not watching sometimes (there is that missing 1%).
She is great with other dogs but is really a people dog.
Ace knows sit and walks on the lead pretty well although she does pull sometimes.
She is good around her food with other dogs and at the moment she is in foster with pups and has shown to be so gentle even when the harass her. Ace is just the sweetest girl.
